1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, authenticating with Google, or using Vectal.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The mere act of clicking “Continue with Google” or similar authentication buttons constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or attempt to access the Service.

2. Service Description

Vectal.ai is an AI-powered task management platform that provides personalized task organization and optimization services through artificial intelligence.

2.5. Authentication and Consent

By initiating Google authentication or any attempt to access the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to:

  • Grant Vectal.ai the right to store, process, and retain all data associated with your use of the Service, including but not limited to authentication data, usage patterns, and user-generated content
  • Receive marketing communications, promotional materials, and service updates through any available channel including but not limited to email, in-app notifications, and SMS
  • Acknowledge that this consent is legally binding from the moment of attempted authentication, regardless of whether you complete the registration process or subscribe to paid services

3. Account Terms

  • You must have a valid Google account to use the Service
  • The act of Google authentication constitutes explicit acceptance of all terms, including data storage and marketing consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One account is intended for use by a single person due to our AI personalization features
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $30/month
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • No refunds are provided due to the nature of our service and associated API costs
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Share or distribute access to your account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Automated excessive use of the Service

6. Data and Privacy

  • We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You allow us to store and process your data as needed to provide and improve our services
  • Your initial consent for data storage and processing, granted upon Google authentication, remains valid regardless of account status
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • You allow us to use your data to enhance your experience, improve our service quality, and keep you informed about relevant updates
  • We retain data as needed to provide you with the best possible service and comply with legal requirements

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including all related software and content, is owned by Vectal.ai, which is owned by David Ondrej FZCO
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • You retain ownership of your content while granting us license to use it for service provision

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past month

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
  • Significant changes will be notified via email

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
